We run hundreds of workshops a year to help make programming more accessible, but we don't do enough for the coaches who volunteer their time and make these workshops possible. Our first-ever un-conference is an event especially for codebar coaches to come together, share knowledge, and strengthen the community that supports the workshops. Talks will be 30 minutes long, with time allocated for a 15 minute Q&A after.
