Junior PHP Developer

We're looking for a passionate junior PHP developer to join our core development team. Working closely with experienced senior developers, you'll work on our core code base and applications - helping to improve and maintain our digital workspace software used every day by hundreds of thousands of people around the world.


£20,000 - £25,000 per annum plus benefits, depending on experience.


  • £1,000 annual training budget which rises to £1,500 after your first year

Required skills:

  • Object-oriented PHP
  • Some knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, MSSQL

The following are not required but advantageous:

  • Experience with version control (we use Git)
  • HTML, CSS and/or Javascript
  • Experience with PHP frameworks
  • Experience with composer for managing PHP dependencies
  • NodeJS/Webpack for managing assets and JS dependencies
  • Experience of javascript frameworks like Backbone and AngularJS
