You know that moment in a meeting when you have something smart to say… and then your brain goes, “actually, never mind”? Yeah — that’s what we’re tackling.

​​Speaking Up With Confidence is a 60-minute, no-fluff workshop for ambitious folks who are brilliant at their jobs but still second-guess themselves in the room (or on Zoom). Whether you freeze, ramble, or replay conversations in your head afterwards — you’ll learn how to stop spiralling and start speaking with impact.

  • Why confident people aren’t fearless — they just recover faster

  • A simple, science-backed routine to reset your nerves on the spot
    • ​​
  • Practical phrases to use when you’re interrupted, overlooked, or overthinking
​​This isn’t a motivational pep talk — it’s a hands-on session built on science and practice (with a side of laughter). You’ll leave with your own Confidence Reset Routine and one small, doable action to start using right away.
