Agile for Humans: A No-Nonsense Guide to How Tech Teams Work
Tue, 16th June | 12:00 - 13:00 BST (GMT+01:00)

Everyone in tech talks about Agile. Almost nobody explains it.

You'll hear words like sprint, stand-up, velocity, and backlog thrown around like everyone already knows what they mean. They don't. And that's exactly why we built this session.

This is the talk we wish someone had given us on day one. No jargon, no theory for theory's sake, just a clear, honest look at how modern tech teams really work, why they work that way, and how you can walk into any tech role and actually know what's going on.

Everything in this session is backed by real experience, from leading Agile transformations across startups, scale-ups, and government, to the moments things went wrong and what we learned when they did. Real stories, real teams, real lessons.

We'll cover the Agile Manifesto, the frameworks teams use, the myths that trip people up, and the mindset shift that separates people who get it from people who are just going through the motions.

Come ready to ask questions. Leave ready to work.

This talk will be virtual and held on Zoom, you'll receive the Zoom link on the morning of the talk. This will be recorded and uploaded to our YouTube channel after. If you have any questions, please drop us an email [email protected].
