In this two hour workshop you will learn how to create a minimal 2D game using Canvas and Javascript from scratch (using glitch).

Objectives

• Learn design and coding principles through observation and experimentation
• Learn about javascript and html, events, and canvas
• Design simple game mechanics
• Remix a project and have fun!

Some basic knowledge of Javascript will be needed for this workshop, for example you will need to understand variables, conditionals, loops, and functions. Don't worry if you can't use them together just yet, but awareness is key.
