Helsinki 1 year birthday hackathon
Sat, 31st August | 11:00 - 19:00 BST (GMT+01:00)

codebar Helsinki is a year (and a month or two) old! We're going to celebrate the only way we know how, sitting inside and thinking about tech.

The plan is to have a full-day event, based around a mini-hackathon. We'll provide lunch, dinner and maybe a beer or two. You provide enthusiasm and ideas.

In short: we'll split you into small teams, give you a theme, and then you'll have some hours to come up with something techy to match that theme. We're not expecting you to produce a full working prototype over the day, and the hope is that everyone can meaningfully contribute no matter how early they are in their coding journey.

When signing up please choose a ticket according to whether you'd normally attend codebar as a coach or as a student. We won't have the normal coach / student structure to the event, but we want to make sure every group has somebody with some more experience.
