Intro to HTML/CSS: Build your first website
Tue, 20th October | 18:30 - 20:30 BST (GMT+01:00)

Are you looking to learn to code? Curious about the building blocks of the web? Then join us for a hands-on workshop where you'll build your first one-pager profile in HTML and CSS! No prior coding experience is necessary.

About this event:

This is a virtual, beginner-level, introductory web development workshop, where you’ll discover the core concepts of HTML and CSS to build and style a website. You’ll leave with a personal profile page you coded yourself, and there will be take-home materials from the session to build on what you have learned.

This workshop has been specially curated by our instructors and includes step-by-step exercises for you to get stuck in with coding. Our coaches will also be on hand to help throughout the session.

    Workshop pre-requisites:
  • Laptop/computer
  • Google Chrome browser
  • Code editor (Visual Studio Code)
