Whether you want to learn to code or share your knowledge by coaching others, we'd love to see you at our next codebar workshop in Cardiff.

Interested in coaching?

Taking your first steps in coding can feel daunting, and helping someone else on their journey is a fantastic way to give back while developing your own coaching and mentoring skills.

Never coached before? Don't worry! Take a look at our teaching guide. It's easier than you think!

Interested in learning?

Whether you're new to development or looking to improve your existing skills, pair programming is a great way to accelerate your learning.

Choose from a range of coding tutorials to work through with your coach, or let us know if there's something else you'd like to learn.

Please bring your own laptop if possible so you can get hands-on with coding during the workshop.

What to expect

At the start of the event, students will be paired with coaches based on their skills and interests. You'll then spend around 1.5 hours coding, with a short break in the middle for complimentary food and refreshments.
