Attend our workshops to learn programming in a safe and supportive environment at your own pace, or to share your knowledge and coach our students.
For students If you are learning how to code and are a woman, LGBTQ+, Black or from other under-represented groups in tech, join our coding night to improve your programming skills in a safe and supportive environment, learning at your own pace. The learning is 100% customised to your needs. There is no preset agenda. Bring a clear learning goal or questions for the evening and your coach will be there to support you. Please bring your own laptop! When you sign up, please share what you're learning and what you'd like to focus on for the night so we can match you with the right coach. We recommend checking out Codebar's tutorials and bringing questions about them on the night. For coaches Sign up as a coach to share your knowledge and coach our students. You'll get to work with a student 1-1 or 2-1, give them feedback and support their learning. Our students are beginners. To qualify as a coach, you need to have completed a bootcamp as a minimum starting point. Bootcamp graduates are also welcome to sign up as students if they want to keep learning. When you sign up, please share what technologies you're familiar with so we can match you with the right student. Read the Coach Guide for more information on how to be a good coach.
